Went today and boy was there alot of stuff! Very nice and organized selection and prices on the baby and kids clothes ranged from 99 cents to 1.99 each on the baby clothes. My son found a jacket for 10.99 which is still a good deal considering a brand new jacket from carters cost 28.99 the cashier I got I wish I knew her name cause she was super nice! I haven't went thrift shopping in 3 years so this was a very pleasant experience and I'll be coming back again.

Just got my pair of long sought after vintage Hawaiian wrap around shorts and LOVE them!! Fast shipping, just as described and excellent price! Thank you Superior Thrift!!

Horrible experience. When you call, make sure to get a name of who you talked to. They told of mine she could donate a few items there and when we arrived they were immediately rude, brought what seemed like the entire back staff out, and all of them had terri I tried to explain to the staff that the only point I'm trying to make is this, "My client was told OVER THE PHONE that she could drop it off. Now that we arrived, we are being told we can't. Why? And if there are specific criteria you're looking for, what is that criteria? I don't care if you take the items we brought, I care about THE SYSTEM you guys HAVE IN PLACE that makes it easy for people like us not to waste each other's time" UNFORTUNATELY, they could not understand this point and instead gave us a hard time and dirty looks. Highly unprofessional. But then again, I ASSUMED businesses are professional in the first place. Take this review with a grain of salt. You MAY have a great experience. We did not.

This thrift is not family/ baby friendly. This is to warn others before going out not to bring your kids who are stroller aged here. They have a no stroller policy. Heavily enforced security at a thrift store too? I guess it’s the area. Our infant is sleeping which we use strollers in our outing. Big bags / backpacks is understandable no but stroller cmon.. a bit ridiculous. It seems like kids are becoming more and more unacceptable in this society and it’s sucks for parents. If people are using strollers to steal things maybe enforce more of your security that you have but it shouldn’t take away from people who always shop here and have no intentions of which. Super disappointed have been coming here for over a decade and now as parents we can’t.

Superior Thrift is more than just my favorite thrift store, it is where I go for another project ... or favorite find!, Why waste time at less than superior thrift stores?, gas is too expensive!, Superior Thrift is my favorite one stop shop! ... Superior service, Superior quality, Superior assistance, even Superior discounts on the Superior quality products!, Superior Thrift! I know most of the store employees by name! ... I am a long time customer of Superior Thrift - all testimonials are NOT compensated ... The best compensation I receive are listed above! - the black speakers, were originally beat up, as they were bounced around, as P.A. speakers, and I turned them around 180° ... These speakers have been completed, with all new speakers, and better internal wiring ... With 12" Kicker COMP C woofers ... I thought I should add that!

Extremely sad how customer service is these days! Don’t buy clothes from Superior Thrift Store! You can no longer try on clothes and I was told, you have one week to return for your $ back. Well as I am on the phone, I guess it’s 5 days, but then I was told they don’t count Sundays so technically it’s 6 days but because I purchase last Saturday (7days ago) I was told no I cannot return these items, then I asked to speak to a manager and then was told if you come now, I’ll do it for you? But only give you store credit! Really!? The clothes don’t fit me and now only offered store credit due to one day, becuase I work all week and I was unable to make it to the store before they close on the 6th day!! One item I purchase is $40, plus 3 pairs of pants! What is it to you Rude manger that these clothes are returned and resold!!? I will not be shopping here anymore as this is how you treat your customers over one day??! Wow smh!

Shauna is the friendliest cashier and knows her Botique items and the store is the best compared to any.other store I have been to and the friendliest and nicest people Serena is one of the most helpful customer friendly supervisors
